5 Things You Must Do After Eating High Cholesterol Food


Who doesn’t eat junk food when they have short cravings? I guess everyone. Whenever we get hungry in the mid of our office hours or during college, we just order fast foods, without knowing how much it harms us.

Junk food causes a lot of harmful diseases. It has high cholesterol that really is harmful to our health.


What is cholesterol? Well, according to biology, the cholesterol is a complex carbohydrate with long and long chains of fatty acids.it is also beneficial for health and that cholesterol is known as good cholesterol and the cholesterol which causes harmful diseases is known as bad cholesterol.

Over accumulation of the cholesterol results in many metabolic disorders. It also results in heart failure, deep vein thrombosis, and recurrent heart attacks. So, you should definitely try to lower the levels of cholesterol in your body as one day, it will definitely cause some major diseases.

1.Drink Warm Water
Yes, no matter how low key it sounds but it is true. The cholesterol basically accumulates in our body and is a sticky particle. Drinking warm water increases the metabolism and the bowel movements may improve after the intake of warm water.

The easy digestion of the cholesterol gets promoted in our stomach and the body weight also remains the same.

2. Never ever go to bed after a meal!
Yes, these are the little things that you should keep in mind to have good effects. Always try to eat at least three to four hours before you go to bed. Sleeping decreases the metabolism of our body.

Because of which, the stomach with other digestive organs also sleep and therefore the digestion alters. The cholesterol gets deposited in our stomach. Therefore, try to have a meal before 3 to 4 hours of sleep.

3. Never eat cold food after eating an oily meal
Yes, always try to prevent eating ice creams and all after having oily food. I know maybe you can crave for it but having them can have adverse effects on the liver which is harmful to your body.

4.Exercise
Everybody knows it but doesn’t do it. Yes, exercising really increases the metabolism of the body. Even just walking around the block, strolling around with a little music will cause no harm.

When we do exercise, the oxygen is taken up by the cells and the depletion of oxygen occurs which results in the need for more oxygen production and which eventually results in increasing the rate of metabolism.

5.Drinking lemon juice
Lemon has some chemicals that are natural ingredients which definitely increases the metabolism and the bowel movement of the stomach. You can drink the lemon juice with a little pinch of sendhanamak.

Try to add warm water in it. This will definitely help in increasing the digestion rate and easy bowel movement. This will also reduce constipation. So, try this.
