You can also prepare a mouthwash by combining ½ cup of baking soda with 1 cup of water, 4 tsp of vegetable glycerin, 10 drops of essential oil and 1 tsp of Aloe Vera gel. Use the mixture once or twice every day.

You can simply rub the strawberries or tomatoes onto your teeth and leave them action for about 5 minutes. Clear your mouth with baking soda and warm water in order to remove stains from your teeth.
